SayGoodbye: thunderdawg: SayGoodbye: no biggie, but a small correction from your list: "01/16/87 Metro Centre Arena - Halifax, BC (DVD shoot)" Halifax is in Nova Scotia, not British Columbia. Right country, wrong coast, lol... I guess I'm Canada-challenged, eh!? Thanks for the correction dawg. I've got quite a few dates so far, keep 'em comin' guys. I've thrown together a little page listing all the dates we've found....Triumph Tour Dates 1975-1993Helping to refresh my shitty memory, I found an article today about the 1986 show I saw that Rik called in sick for. Rik apparently was taken by ambulance to the local hospital and was admitted! After a 2-hour intermission, Triumph played seven songs with Rick Santers filling in. There were only about 2,500 in attendence, capacity was 6,500. The fact that the show was on Thanksgiving may have something to do with that number. The article mentions "possible" refunds at the box office, and it also said tickets for this would be honored the next night in Chicago. I DO remember being very pissed after this show. I don't recall hearing about any refunds then, and I certainly wasn't going to drive to Chicago! And, this show was also postponed and rescheduled from early October, aImost 2 months later. I don't remember (and couldn't find an artcle explaining) why it was postponed.Ron :)

Cool site.
Goto this guys site.

He has a lot of Triumph bootlegs/live recordings and it will help fill in some of the gaps on your site. It would be cool if you listed on your site if there is a live recording/bootleg of the date. It would really make it a cool comprehensive site.
Nice page!
I have a question about the show in Bowmanville, On. in 1978.
I have two versions of that show, and one claims it was on June 26th and the other claims June 28th. Your site has the date as August 26th. Which of these three dates is the right date? There has been much confusion over this show in the past.
The 01/02/82 show in Ottawa was at the Civic Centre according to my bootleg copy. Just in case you needed that bit of info.
I have an FM broadcast that claims it was taken from 03/03/85 in Los Angeles. Your site has the show being on the 8th. My bootleg version came from someone who has three sources from the show, all of which claim it was Feb. 3rd. Which is the correct date? EDIT: The site linked in the post above mine, has the 8th as well. I think I will go with that, and change the info on my list of bootlegs.
Hey R757
I was at the concerts in so cal in 1985. I cant remember the exact days, but I can tell you it was in March.
I went to San Benardino(Orange Pavillion), San Diego(Sports Arena) and Los Angeles(Sports Arena).I think Mar 8 is correct, in my head it was the 7th or 8th but I went to three shows.
That LA show was broadcast live and I had to have my Mom press the record buttons as I was at the show.
Hank
Saygoodbye - a correction - The February 1985 date in Austin did not include Steve Morse Band. Interestingly, they were the opener that same year for Rush's Power Windows Tour, but I digress. It was only Hatchet at the Triumph show. I will get you the date for that this evening. It was at the Frank Erwin Center.
Also - the 1983 Texas Jam - Same lineup in Dallas and Houston - Dallas was June 18, Houston was June 19 at the Astrodome.
Hope this helps.
Great work Say Goodbye! I was working on something similar from tapes, CD's & LP's that I have. Maybe you can add some of these to your list. Some of the Allied Forces dates are from a magazine article, so they were probably tentative.

If anyone has ticket stubs, I'd love to get scans. This would also help in identifying dates. Let's keep this thread going! E-mail: rubhersoul@gmail.com
Tom
I found two dates for the Canada Jam show in '78, not yet sure which one is correct. Like all bands, some shows got canceled, changed or postponed. So, it's tough to be totally accurate here. I think the best way to verify any of these dates is to find a dated newspaper article. I've found a few local to me so far, I will go after some more Michigan articles now that we have more dates, my library doesn't have much more than that. If any of you guys feel like doing some digging at you local library, go for it!
Here's something cool from ebay (listed as 1980)....
http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&sspagename=STRK%3AMEWA%3AIT&viewitem=&item=7611916801&rd=1,1
Thanks for all the dates guys! I've got all the new ones added. Hopefully my sig pic on here isn't too obnoxious.....Ron :)

Not to throw a wrench into what looks like a fairly comprehensive list, dude, but I'm POSITIVE the April 14, 1985 date was in Halifax. The reason I remember is cuz I was there, and it was the eve of my 18th birthday.
To add, my wife says her mom took her to see Triumph at New Glasgow Stadium (N.S.) in the 70s. My wife would have been a kid then, but her mom's a classic rocker, lol.
This is a small rink, about 4,000 including floor seating, so I figure it must have been before Just a Game. I'm gonna do some digging soon and see if I can come up with an exact date.
I was always curious about the Halifax and MLG shows. I have a Halifax stub that says the 14th, but I have a tape of the MLG show that I got from the taper and he dated it the 14th. Granted, his mempry could've faded over time. Does anyone have a stub from the show, and we're dates on the tour switched or cancelled?
Checking my ticket collection I have as follows:
Saturday Apr 20, 1983 Worcester (Mass.) Centrum...My FIRST Triumph show. Foghat opened I think
Saturday May 7, 1983 Worcester (Mass.) Centrum
Thurs Jan 10, 1985 New Haven Collisseum Mountain opened this show
Fri Mar 29, 1985 Worcester Centrum Mountain opened up
I just posted several articles from the 09/18/86 Saginaw, MI date, the first show on the TSOK tour. They spent a week in Saginaw preparing for the tour, cool articles.
I also nailed down some '83 dates which I found on the Foghat website. And, finally nailed down the date I saw them in '84. It was the second date on the Thunder 7 Tour, Dec 27th. (Hatchet opened)
Do you want to scan those ticket stubs RisingStarr?
great job on the site! thats a lot of dates keep up the good work
by the way...Donnie Iris has an "ie" instead of a "y" haha just saw that and...well wanted to mention it because I'm picky? or something along those lines
85 or 86 ?
