Rik spoke about the tour with Triumph when he was on Maximum Threshold Radio Show.

Sometimes you forget your heroes through life are in fact human beings with regular lives. I thought Transformers was a good action flick, but Iron Man had more variety of entertainment to offer. Hope Rik enjoyed the movie.
I wonder if they are ready for Rocklahoma in 2 days?
I certainly hope they do put out a few new singles at least before next summer.
When you listen through the collections starting with Rock and Roll Machine through to, I'm gonna say Sport of Kings. Triumphs sound evolved, just as the the whole music culture. (IMHO, Surveillance was a little less refined and more raw than Sport of Kings). If they did write music for today I wonder what kind of "sound" they would have? I would hope they would NOT have an 80's type and progressed with the times.
I would hope they had some tracks with Metallica heavy riffs, and some Knickelback or Foo Fighters top 40 songs with a couple of power ballads and of course an instrumental or two.
I know Triumph is Triumph and what they put together will be theirs, with their own creativity. If they do put out more music, that it Rocks the new Millenium sort of way and would appeal to my kids as well as me.
Hope they blow the other bands off the stages in Rocklahoma, and we get some youtube shots afterwards.
